Sentara Therapy Center - Independence

The Sentara Therapy Center is located adjacent to the Sentara Independence facility. We use state-of-the-art equipment for the evaluation and treatment of physical therapy patients, and our therapists excel in educating patients about their individualized treatment plans. We offer specialized care for patients with back, neck and lower leg dysfunctions and rehabilitation services for patients with neuromusculoskeletal and musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
