What is soft tissue mobilization?

Soft tissue mobilization is a manual therapy technique used to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance flexibility by applying pressure and manipulation to muscles, fascia and connective tissues. The goal: to reduce pain and promote healing.

Who can benefit and how?

Manual therapy helps break down myofascial trigger points (knots) in muscles and improves muscle function. It can increase flexibility and range of motion, lengthen tissue and release adhesions (scar tissue).
