David Eich, M.D., ACC, FACP, FSCAI

Dr. Eichearned his medical degree at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA, in 1984 after completing his undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. He completed his internship and residency at MCV, where he also received his fellowship training in cardiovascular diseases. Dr. Eich is a highly skilled Sentara cardiologist whose focus is on diagnosing, treating, managing, and preventing cardiovascular diseases. He is experienced in evaluating coronary artery conditions and complications and partnering with his patients in a management plan that best suits their needs. Dr. Eich has had a long standing interest in managing congestive heart failure and is also an assistant professor of cardiology at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Eich is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine, cardiology, and invasive cardiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, the American College of Cardiology,and the American Society of Cardiac Angiography and Intervention. He is also a member of the Medical Society of Virginia, the Tidewater Cardiovascular Society, and the Tri-County Medical Society.
