Childbirth Class - Harrisonburg

Childbirth class is fun, interactive group instruction provided by a Sentara RMH nurse also certified as a childbirth educator.

Topics include safe and beneficial prenatal exercises, how to recognize labor, stages of labor, relaxation techniques, pain management options, assistive devices, vaginal and cesarean delivery, what to expect during your hospital stay and much more!

Payment must be made in advance. No fee for patients with Medicaid/Virginia Premier. If unable to attend due to pregnancy complication/early delivery, you may call to get a refund.

Class will be cancelled if minimum has not been met three days prior to class.
