The Don't Sit on Colon Cancer 5k and Walk is a special event focused on getting the word out about colorectal cancer prevention and life-saving screenings. The race brings together survivors, family, friends and community supporters who are passionate about fighting colon cancer.

On March 22, 2025 we will be running and walking to remember those lost, honor those fighting, and to celebrate the survivors of Colorectal Cancer throughout Hampton Roads. Join us!

Race Day activities include:

• 1 mile fun walk

• Business and community resource vendors
• Music and the Inflatable Walk-Through Colon Tunnel from Hitting Cancer Below the Belt
• New this year! End of Race Celebration with food and games for all ages.
