Adam Holyk is shaping the organization’s consumer experience strategy, enhancing customer loyalty, and supporting the successful implementation of the One Sentara transformation. Adam oversees consumer insights, product design, consumer experience, marketing, corporate communications and community impact.
Prior Experience
Prior to Sentara, Adam served as Senior Vice President of Strategy at Walgreens, where he was responsible for leading the development of new consumer growth models and key corporate partnerships, identifying opportunities and prioritizing investments.
During his time at Walgreens, Adam held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, where he spearheaded the successful repositioning and relaunching of the Walgreens brand. Previously, he led corporate strategy across global markets, and earlier in his tenure leveraged consumer insights to build customer loyalty.
