About me
Dr. Secretov grew up in sunny California where he enjoyed the outdoors and numerous sports. He moved on to the University of Illinois at Chicago for medical school and residency where he completed his training in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Secretov completed a fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at Case Western Reserve University/UH Hospitals in Cleveland, OH. He had the immense pleasure of working as an assistant team physician for the Cleveland Browns and a number of high school sports teams. Dr. Secretov has a clinical focus in sports medicine, hip preservation, shoulder surgery, ACL and arthroscopic treatments of orthopedic pathology affecting the hip, knee and shoulder. At Case Western, he trained under Dr. Michael Salata, one of the foremost hip preservation surgeons in the country. While taking care of high-level athletes is a passion, he approaches each patient individually with their goals in mind in order achieve optimal outcomes. In addition to practicing cutting edge orthopedics, Dr. Secretov and his wife enjoy spending time outdoors, cooking and watching movies in their free time.
